Responsibilities
- Ensure all building/construction project engineering activities comply with company processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Direct and control building projects to ensure design and construction meet regulatory, statutory, safety, and quality standards within approved budgets and timelines
- Assist in analyzing and evaluating technical and financial proposals from consultancy firms
- Manage all assigned projects through meticulous planning and analysis, reviewing contractual documents
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Provide project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, gaps, reporting, and resource conflicts
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Coordinate activities with consultants and contractors, managing and evaluating their performance
- Conduct regular site visits during construction to ensure planned schematics are materialized
- Participate in continuous development and improvement of business procedures and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 8 10 years of experience in civil engineering services, preferably within project management
- PMP certification is preferable
