The Senior Project Manager leads transformational Industrial AI implementation projects for large industrial organizations.
The role covers delivery from contract signing through deployment and value realization.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery and own scope, schedule, budget, quality, customer outcomes, and commercial performance.
- Coordinate solution architects, software engineers, data scientists, product teams, and customer success.
- Define success metrics, facilitate value realization workshops, and manage project financials.
- Lead customer relationships and steering committees while managing risks, dependencies, scope changes, and governance.
- Support adoption through change management, enablement, and training.
- Apply PMO methodologies, playbooks, and lessons learned to improve delivery practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years delivering complex software, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology implementation projects.
- Experience managing enterprise or industrial digital transformation programmes with multiple stakeholders and technical workstreams.
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data architecture, and enterprise systems.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, revenue recognition, margin management, and profitability.
- Industrial-sector experience, Agile delivery or governance experience, strong communication skills, and project-tool experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
Preferred Skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.
- Experience with Azure or AWS.
- Experience with Industrial IoT, SCADA, MES, or Operational Technology environments.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, data engineering, or analytics implementation projects.
