The role is suited to a professional with 20+ years of experience managing large-scale aviation, infrastructure, and mega-development projects.
Project Delivery
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of major aviation, infrastructure, and mixed-use development projects.
- Manage multidisciplinary engineering, architecture, planning, and specialist design and delivery teams.
- Drive project governance, programme controls, risk management, and commercial performance.
- Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE requirements.
- Lead project reporting, resource planning, and financial management.
Clients and Teams
- Act as the primary interface with clients, authorities, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder engagement for successful project outcomes.
- Mentor and develop project managers and technical teams.
- Support business development, strategic pursuits, and client engagement initiatives.
- Champion collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 20 years of relevant project and programme management experience.
- Track record delivering large-scale aviation, airport, transportation, infrastructure, and mega-development projects.
- Extensive Middle East experience is highly desirable.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary design and delivery teams.
Required Capabilities
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, commercial management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Key competencies include strategic leadership, programme and project management, design management, and team mentoring.
Advantageous Certifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, RICS, APM, or equivalent professional certification is advantageous.
