We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced
Senior Project Manager And Pmo Director
to lead, execute, and oversee our strategic projects.
With 15+ years of robust experience, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project success, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with our high-standard business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- **Strategic Leadership:**
- Direct, manage, and optimize the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale, complex projects from inception to deployment.
- **Governance & Compliance:**
- Establish and enforce project management methodologies, best practices, and governance standards.
- **Stakeholder Management:**
- Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- **Resource & Risk Management:**
- Strategically allocate resources, manage budgets, and proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and bottlenecks.
- **Team Mentorship:**
- Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of project managers and coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- **Performance Tracking:**
- Define, monitor, and report on project KPIs, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and on budget.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of
- 15 years
- of proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering multi-million-dollar projects.
- **Certifications (Mandatory):**
Pmp (Project Management Professional)
or
Pgmp (Program Management Professional)
- certification is required.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- **Track Record:**
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level digital, construction, or operational transformations (depending on your industry).
- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, critical thinking, and communication skills.
