Senior Project Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline).

Extensive project engineering experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment, minimum 7 years’ experience.

Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility to obtain designation within one year.

Proven success managing capital projects and coordinating external engineering and construction resources.

Strong knowledge of project execution, engineering design practices, industrial safety standards, and tools such as AutoCAD, SAP, and Microsoft Office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.

Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results without direct authority.

PMP certification or active progress towards completion.

Strong project leadership, organization, and execution skills.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Safety-focused, accountable decision-maker who can drive projects forward.

Pay Range:

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
