Job

To plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of projects by ensuring compliance with technical specifications, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

This role involves supervising site teams, coordinating with clients and supporting the Project Manager in all phases of the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Assess project requirements, break down into tasks, and coordinate with the Project Manager to define scope
  • of work, budget, and staffing.
  • Identify project phases and assign personnel; accordingly, review bids and quotations from contractors.
  • Study product design, customer requirements, and performance standards to determine project specifications.
  • Conduct technical studies and prepare accurate cost estimates.
  • Design and perform tests to confirm product and service performance.
  • Analyze project plans and specifications to determine and sequence project schedules and timelines.
  • Monitor and control project plans by reviewing designs and schedules; recommend necessary actions for changes.
  • Approve expenditures and manage contractor contracts to control project costs.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data for project status reports and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Assist in preparing and implementing the Project Execution Plan.
  • Manage the execution team (technicians) in line with client expectations and project needs.
  • Advise the Project Manager on technical issues that may affect project progress or quality.
  • Ensure proper reporting systems are in place and aligned with set KPIs and objectives.
  • Prepare and submit consolidated reports on operations and project procedures.
  • Provide timely advice on operational issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Ensure effective implementation of QHSE policies and maintain a clean and hygienic site environment.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager for submission of materials, spare parts, and any additional project needs.
  • Represent the site/project team in internal and client meetings as assigned.
  • Contribute to the team’s efforts by performing any related duties as required.
  • Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by management to support project or operational needs.
