Coordinate and plan all aspects of work related to project admin/support to ensure it delivers the outcomes necessary, to realise benefits as agreed by the project/program sponsors under the direction of project/program managers.
Proactively support and apply a structured project management approach and methodology, ensuring adherence to internal frameworks, processes, and practices to effectively manage all aspects of the project within the agreed project timeframes.
Maintain the project repository/site and governance reporting requirements.
Support maintenance of work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans.
Identify risks/issues from an administrative perspective, develop plans to mitigate/resolve and implement these in a timely manner, measuring effectiveness.
Assist/support in the project procurement process.
You will be reporting to a Portfolio Assurance and Control Manager as part of a highly collaborative, diverse team with a great supportive culture. With many exciting projects on the go this position coordinates cross-functionally, working with Senior Program Managers, the program team, and their stakeholders.
