You will have extensive experience in contract management and acquisitions, working with internal and external stakeholders across a wide range of formats such as bibliographic databases, e-journal packages, data sets and news sources
A university degree with postgraduate library qualifications, or a bachelor's degree in librarianship, or currently enrolled and working towards completion of equivalent qualifications with extensive experience in a similar role is preferred
Awareness of information and data governance frameworks and policy and an understanding of licensing, contract terminology and copyright
Demonstrated ability to organise and manage data, information and knowledge assets using information management tools, such as library management systems and content management systems
Experience with procurement in academic, corporate or government sector libraries
Demonstrated ability to work openly and dynamically within a team and foster a culture of knowledge sharing
Strong problem-solving skills, influencing skills, curiosity, and confidence to suggest and implement initiatives
