Parsons is hiring a Senior Project Control Engineer/Specialist.
The role provides project control and cost control support for construction and design projects.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex project control and cost control issues and provide specialized guidance.
- Analyze and forecast schedule, budget, revenue, resource, and cost performance against established baselines.
- Prepare weekly and monthly cost tracking reports, variance analyses, trackers, and issue logs.
- Perform Earned Value Management, including EV, EAC, and ETC calculations and reporting.
- Support project reviews, business plan finalization, billing, invoicing, and collection activities.
- Customize project control systems and coordinate with departments to ensure complete cost visibility.
- Supervise and mentor Project Controls engineers when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering or Finance degree.
- More than 10 years of experience in construction, design, or related projects.
- Proficiency in PMIS, Oracle Project Management software, Primavera, or other project controls software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Good communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge and experience with Power BI.
