Role Overview
The roadmap of product and feature development is delivered through a programme designed to achieve customer, commercial, risk, scalability, and efficiency outcomes.
Delivery uses structured eight-week cycles involving Engineering squads, Product and UX teams, business analysts, and subject matter experts.
Product owns overall project planning, Squad Delivery Leads own build delivery, and the Change Team provides programme management, prioritisation, trade-off support, and reporting.
The role will mature programme structures and processes, prepare for AI-enabled change, improve benefits and return-on-investment reporting, and orchestrate delivery across teams.
The role reports to the Head of Change and partners across the organisation while balancing ambiguity, process consistency, and proportional governance.
