Creative Designer (midweight)

All designers at Moneybox collaborate across projects, maintain a broad understanding of the team’s work and have opportunities to contribute beyond their primary areas of ownership.

You create engaging, high-quality design and understand how creativity and brand-building contribute to business success.

You are:

• Comfortable balancing creative ambition with deadlines, channel requirements and commercial priorities.
• Confident using AI thoughtfully to accelerate exploration and production while maintaining originality and creative judgement.
• Curious, committed to developing your craft and passionate about creating distinctive, coherent brand experiences.
• At least two years of relevant professional design experience, or an equivalent level demonstrated through your portfolio.
• A strong portfolio of advertising, social, campaign and brand work across digital channels.
• Good typography, layout, composition and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, styles, variables, auto layout and shared libraries.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, including preparing production-ready print artwork.
• A good understanding of print production, including colour spaces, resolution, bleed and supplying files to production partners.
• Strong ideation skills and the ability to communicate concepts through mood boards, mock-ups or storyboards.
• A good understanding of how design works alongside copy, motion, content and marketing strategy.
• Strong organisation, time management and file management skills.
• Experience collaborating with motion designers and preparing Figma files for motion is a bonus.

You’ll independently manage day-to-day creative tasks and smaller projects in Figma, with final work reviewed and signed off by the relevant senior designer or Lead Designer.

For larger campaigns and strategic projects, you’ll support senior team members while contributing actively to ideation, problem-solving and delivery.

As you develop in the role, you’ll build greater confidence in presenting work, managing stakeholders and representing the Brand & Creative team in cross-functional conversations.
