- Lead and manage large scale business and technology transformation programmes within Financial Services
- Drive end to end project delivery including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and implementation
- Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks, steering committees, and executive reporting
- Manage programme budgets, financial forecasting, resource planning, and vendor performance
- Lead change management activities for business adoption and stakeholder engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with executive sponsors, C level stakeholders, and client leadership
- Coordinate delivery across geographically distributed teams and third party vendors
- Monitor programme risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery
- Provide regular progress updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders
Requirements
- 10+ years of Programme and Project Management experience delivering complex enterprise initiatives
- Strong experience in delivering projects within the Financial Services industry, notably on the buy side
- Proven track record working with Asset Management, Investment Management, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Funds, Private Banking, Capital Markets, or Government backed investment entities
- Extensive experience working for consulting firms, system integrators, or technology vendors delivering strategic programmes
- Strong experience managing large teams across multiple countries
- Experience delivering projects in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia
- Experience in highly regulated environments

- Familiarity with investment operations (IBOR, ABOR, Fund Accounting, Portfolio Management, Custody).
- Experience with large global technology vendors or financial software providers.
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Other Details
- Requires current residence in Saudi Arabia or willingness to relocate to Riyadh.
- Flexibility to support future regional projects, including potential opportunities in Qatar.
