Role Summary
Lead complex, enterprise-wide technology programs supporting strategic business initiatives across a global organization.
Drive end-to-end program delivery in alignment with portfolio priorities, governance standards, and business objectives.
Work with executives, business leaders, product organizations, architects, engineering teams, and PMO leadership.
Enterprise Program Leadership
- Lead multiple large-scale, cross-functional technology programs from initiation through successful delivery.
- Develop integrated program plans and manage schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and key milestones.
- Align programs with enterprise strategy, governance frameworks, and organizational priorities.
- Balance competing business demands across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Portfolio and Planview Leadership
- Use Planview for portfolio planning, demand intake, resource planning, financial tracking, roadmaps, and executive reporting.
- Promote portfolio governance, data integrity, standardized planning, prioritization, investment decisions, and capacity planning.
- Champion adoption and continuous improvement of enterprise portfolio management processes and tools.
