- The Test Solutions Engineering team within the Hardware Discipline Center is at the heart of our innovation, focusing on developing cutting-edge electrical solutions for our products. Our systems are vital to the full product lifecycle, supporting everything from high-tech engineering labs to critical field operations and sustainment.
- As an Electrical Engineer on this team, you will have a hands-on opportunity to design and integrate state-of-the-art test systems using the industry's latest tools. You will be a key contributor to the evolution of our products, ensuring our systems meet technical and performance goals in a highly collaborative environment.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and integrate test products for complex systems within a multidisciplinary team
- Create test interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and detailed circuit designs
- Develop engineering and production test systems that align with cost and schedule goals
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the development and implementation phases
- Utilize modern equipment including oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters for validation
- Collaborate independently or as part of a team to uncover and resolve test product challenges
- Qualifications You Must Have
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) prior to start
- Knowledge of electrical components including resistors, capacitors, and transistors
