The Opportunity
The Senior Program Manager will lead complex, high-impact programs across the IFS Copperleaf portfolio.
Program Managers translate product epics into features and coordinate delivery across operating cells.
The role reports to the Senior Director of AI Engineering and Transformation and supports strategic AI and software initiatives.
Release Delivery and Coordination
- Translate product strategy and epics into executable features with outcomes and acceptance criteria.
- Lead complex program and release scope while managing risks, dependencies, timelines, capacity, and trade-offs.
- Coordinate release gate inputs, status communication, delivery cadence, and cross-pillar work.
- Partner with technical champions, architects, designers, developers, operations, and peer Program Managers.
