The Opportunity
Lead complex, high-impact programs across the IFS Copperleaf portfolio within Engineering and R&D.
The role delivers strategic AI and software initiatives and supports adoption of the Agentic Operating Model.
Program scope may evolve across initiatives as portfolio and organizational priorities change.
Release Delivery and Coordination
- Translate product strategy and epics into executable features with outcomes and acceptance criteria.
- Manage complex program and release scope, including risks, dependencies, timelines, and scope alignment.
- Lead release gate inputs covering capacity, commitments, risks, dependencies, and readiness.
- Coordinate with the Release Manager and peer Program Managers across organizational boundaries.
- Communicate status clearly and drive scope trade-offs with Product and engineering leadership.
Cross-Functional and Customer Alignment
- Align Engineering, Product, Support, and Operations on program contributions to each release.
- Ensure documentation, known limitations, migration paths, and enablement materials are complete before general availability.
- Validate solution designs with customers and coordinate early access programs and structured feedback collection.
