Senior Production & Planning Engineer

Ensure production planning for integrated supply chain planning, ship scheduling, and storage to meet various producers, customer contractual obligations.

Ensure constraints and requirements such as inventory in the tanks, ship schedules and delivery commitments are constantly aligned and compatible to avoid any disruption to producers or upsets in any part of the LNG or NON-LNG Supply Chain.

Work environment is constantly changing, and plans must be updated daily with all parties, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Complex technical and commercial environment under considerable time pressure. Regular non-office hours may be required to maintain continuous operations.

Develop reliable loading schedules for RLTO facilities.

Coordinate product rundowns with producers, for storage and loading programs.

Prepare short-term and long-term forecasts for Non-LNG production and refinery feedstock balance for Ras Laffan Terminal Operator (RLTO).

Coordinate with Port Authorities Pilots for request and berthing schedules.

Coordinate with RLIC producers, QatarEnergy Sales Operations and RLIC port schedulers to resolve loading conflicts.
