Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new digital asset use cases aligned with strategic objectives
- Lead creation of robust business cases to support investment and resource allocation
- Establish and lead squads dedicated to delivery of prioritized digital asset initiatives
- Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders including compliance, risk, technology, and operations
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence
- Partner with technology teams to design and implement scalable blockchain and stablecoin solutions
- Lead initiatives to enhance digital asset solutions for cross border money transfers
- Engage with strategic partners, fintechs, regulators, and industry consortia
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in crypto/blockchain product implementation within financial services
- Solid understanding of digital payment flows and digital asset technologies
- Experience in cross border money transfer and SWIFT payments strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop business cases and lead multi disciplinary teams
- Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Job Purpose
- The Senior Product Owner / SVP Digital Assets is responsible for driving the development, implementation, and growth of new use cases for digital assets—including stablecoins and blockchain based solutions—within the bank’s Payment and Retail Assets division.
Key Result Areas
- Business Case Development: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new digital asset use cases that align with the bank’s strategic objectives. Lead the creation of robust business cases to support investment and resource allocation.
- Squad Leadership: Establish and lead squads dedicated to the delivery of prioritized digital asset initiatives. Define squad objectives, ensure collaborative execution, and monitor progress against KPIs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively manage relationships with key internal stakeholders, including compliance, risk, technology, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.
- Regulatory and Compliance Alignment: Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all digital asset products and processes adhere to regulatory standards and risk frameworks.
- Technology Enablement: Partner with technology teams to design and implement scalable blockchain and stablecoin solutions, focusing on operational efficiency and security.
- Cross Border Payments: Lead initiatives to enhance digital asset solutions for cross border money transfers, with a strong emphasis on SWIFT and alternative payment rails.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field
