Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and align it with company objectives
- Build and maintain product roadmaps
- Continuously launch and iterate on new products and services
- Own and prioritize the product backlog
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Balance feature development with technical debt management
- Work closely with executive leadership and key decision makers
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams
- Provide clear direction to engineering teams (Frontend, Backend, DevOps)
- Lead sprint planning and sprint reviews
- Launch MVPs and validate them in the market
- Ensure product quality and achievement of defined KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management
- Experience in PropTech, Marketplace, or SaaS is a must
- Hands on experience working with Agile teams
- Proven experience launching real digital products from zero to market
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to lead cross functional teams without direct authority
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business and financial impact
- Saudi national
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate

Job Description
- We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of digital products. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing execution, and ensuring alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and align it with company objectives.
- Build and maintain product roadmaps.
- Continuously launch and iterate on new products and services.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog.
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Support development of B2C, B2B, and B2G platforms.
- Contribute to building multi sided marketplace features.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Monitor growth and usage metrics.
- Prepare performance reports for leadership.
- Build financial models and analyze product ROI.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience in PropTech, Marketplace, or SaaS is a must.
