Responsibilities
- Define and own the long term platform and internal systems strategy aligned with business growth and regulatory requirements
- Set platform principles and standards (API first, reuse driven, audit ready, security by default)
- Proactively identify structural platform gaps and lead initiatives to address scalability, reliability, and operational risk
- Lead product ownership for complex 3rd party integrations
- Own the product direction for CRM and customer support systems
- Lead product ownership of admin portals and internal dashboards
- Act as a senior product partner to Risk, Compliance, Legal, and InfoSec
- Own and communicate a multi quarter platform roadmap
- Work closely with engineering leadership to define and enforce non functional requirements
- Define and own senior level platform KPIs
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, with significant ownership of platform or internal products in fintech or other regulated industries
- Proven experience leading 3rd party integrations at scale
- Proven experience leading CRM and customer support platforms
- Proven experience leading admin portals and operational tooling
- Strong understanding of financial transaction flows and risk controls
- Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and integration patterns
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (KYC, AML, data privacy)
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in complex, cross functional environments

About Us & Role Summary
- Soar is a global fintech startup that specializes in financing and investment, headquartered in Saudi Arabia.
- The Senior Product Manager owns the vision, strategy, and delivery of enterprise systems, core platforms and integrations that enable secure, compliant, and scalable fintech products.
- This role has end to end ownership of shared capabilities and operational platforms—including 3rd party integrations, CRM, customer support systems, admin portals, and data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the long term platform and internal systems strategy aligned with business growth and regulatory requirements.
- Set platform principles and standards (API first, reuse driven, audit ready, security by default).
- Proactively identify structural platform gaps and lead initiatives to address scalability, reliability, and operational risk.
- Lead product ownership for complex 3rd party integrations, including identity and verification providers, credit bureaus, banking, payments, and government systems.
- Own the product direction for CRM and customer support systems supporting customer lifecycle management, case handling, and compliance driven workflows.
- Lead product ownership of admin portals and internal dashboards used by operations, risk, compliance, customer support, and finance teams.
- Act as a senior product partner to Risk, Compliance, Legal, and InfoSec, translating regulatory obligations into scalable platform capabilities.
- Own and communicate a multi quarter platform roadmap balancing regulatory commitments, operational efficiency, and product enablement.
- Work closely with engineering leadership to define and enforce non functional requirements and ensure safe delivery.
- Define and own senior level platform KPIs including platform adoption, integration reliability, and operational efficiency gains.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, with significant ownership of platform or internal products in fintech or other regulated industries.
- Proven experience leading 3rd party integrations at scale, CRM and customer support platforms, and admin portals and operational tooling.
- Strong understanding of financial transaction flows and risk controls, APIs, distributed systems, and integration patterns, and regulatory frameworks (KYC, AML, data privacy).
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in complex, cross functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior / Lead Platform PM or Technical PM.
- Background in lending, mortgages, payments, or identity platforms.
- Experience working directly with regulators, auditors, or compliance reviews.
- Familiarity with cloud security, access management, and observability.
- Experience mentoring junior PMs or shaping product standards.
