Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for payment infrastructure and connectivity
- Lead integrations with banks, payment processors, card networks and other payment rails
- Define product requirements for deposits, withdrawals, transfers, settlements and payment orchestration
- Partner closely with backend engineering teams to design scalable, resilient payment services and APIs
- Work alongside frontend and design teams to create seamless customer payment journeys
- Collaborate with banking partners and payment providers, translating business and technical requirements into product specifications
- Monitor payment performance, including success rates, latency and failure trends, driving continuous improvements
- Evaluate new payment partners, processors and vendors, conducting build versus buy assessments
- Define and track KPIs focused on payment reliability, speed, operational efficiency and cost optimisation
- Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure regulatory and operational alignment
Requirements
- Experience in product management for payment infrastructure or financial services
- Strong technical background with ability to work closely with engineering teams
- Experience with payment processors, card networks, and banking integrations
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs for payment reliability and performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The Role
- This is a highly technical Product Management position focused on payment connectivity and infrastructure.
- You'll own the end to end roadmap for the systems that move money, working closely with engineering teams, banking partners, payment processors and card networks to deliver reliable, scalable payment experiences.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex payment challenges and can comfortably bridge technical engineering teams with commercial stakeholders.
