About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the design of production ready AI Agent applications focusing on data flow orchestration, RAG architectures, and complex prompt engineering
- Navigate probabilistic nature of AI by identifying high impact use cases where LLMs can solve non deterministic problems in MLR and Medical Inquiry workflows
- Define and track clear KPIs for AI success such as Reduction in MLR Review Cycles, Inference Accuracy, and Automated Reference Matching Precision
- Drive hands on design and development of AI prototypes while ensuring scalability and quality standards of Veeva Vault platform
- Partner with Engineering and UX to automate key business processes such as identifying compliance risks in promotional materials
- Work with Application PMs to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly and present value proposition to internal leadership and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting experience
- 2+ years of hands on focus on AI/ML applications, specifically LLMs and Generative AI
- Strong coding skills in Python and experience with AI Frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and APIs
- Deep understanding of data flow design, prompt engineering, and model fine tuning for highly regulated content
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value for non technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of working with UX and Engineering to build intuitive tools

The Role

- We are looking for an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver high value AI Agent solutions for Veeva PromoMats and Vault Medical.
- You will be the expert in leveraging AI to automate the content lifecycle, from speeding up MLR review to automating medical information responses.
What You’ll Do
- AI Orchestration & Design: Lead design of production ready AI Agent applications focusing on data flow orchestration, RAG architectures, and complex prompt engineering.
- Strategic Product Discovery: Identify high impact use cases where LLMs can solve non deterministic problems in MLR and Medical Inquiry workflows.
- Performance & Value Metrics: Define and track clear KPIs for AI success such as Reduction in MLR Review Cycles, Inference Accuracy, and Automated Reference Matching Precision.
- Prototype to Production: Drive hands on design and development of AI prototypes while ensuring scalability and quality standards of Veeva Vault platform.

Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting experience.
- 2+ years of hands on focus on AI/ML applications, specifically LLMs and Generative AI.
- Strong coding skills in Python and experience with AI Frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and APIs.
- Deep understanding of data flow design, prompt engineering, and model fine tuning for highly regulated content.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value for non technical stakeholders in Legal, Medical, and Regulatory departments.
- Proven track record of working with UX and Engineering to build intuitive tools for complex workflows.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats or Vault Medical.
- Familiarity with MLR review processes, 2253 submissions, or Medical Information (MedInfo) workflows.
- Experience as a data scientist, machine learning, or data engineering role.

Compensation
- Base pay: CAD 120,000 CAD 170,000 CAD annually.
- May also be eligible for variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
