About the Role

Responsibilities
- Own the mid to end funnel experience, driving measurable conversion lift at every stage
- Build systems and workflows to increase attachment rates across services, eliminating manual revenue leakage
- Design prioritization, routing, and trigger based automation inside internal CRM to turn workflows into scalable revenue systems
- Implement clear dashboards and attribution for real time revenue health visibility
- Partner across Sales, Ops, Finance, Marketing, BI, and Engineering to deliver revenue outcomes
Requirements
- 6+ years in Product Management with ownership of growth, monetization, or funnel optimization
- Demonstrated experience improving conversion metrics in complex operational systems
- Strong systems thinking and data comfort including funnel analysis and experimentation
- Experience building internal tools or operational platforms
- Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Ops, and Finance
- Clear, concise communicator able to articulate revenue impact

What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years in Product Management with clear ownership of growth, monetization, or funnel optimization.
- Demonstrated experience improving conversion metrics in complex operational systems.
- Strong systems thinker you see workflows, not features.
- Deep comfort with data including funnel analysis, segmentation, and experimentation.
- Experience building internal tools or operational platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Ops, and Finance.
- Clear, concise communicator able to articulate revenue impact.
- Thrives in ambiguity and high ownership environments.
