Senior Product Manager - Digital Experience

Drive product vision, strategy and detailed roadmaps for Digital Experience across SabreSonic and SabreMosaic initiatives.

Manage investment decisions, scoping and priority backlogs for scrum teams while writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to provide technical guidance, deliver scalable architectural solutions and maintain product quality.

Engage directly with global customer touchpoints, focus groups and industry events to gather market insights and shape product direction.

Lead product evolution as clients transition from legacy workflows toward modern Offer & Order retailing architectures.

Analyze and resolve technical escalations and maintenance issues alongside commercial and delivery teams to ensure operational stability.

Deliver product demonstrations for internal leadership and external global clients to showcase upcoming capabilities and enhancements.

Required qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical product management owning complex e-commerce platforms, enterprise SaaS or high-scale digital solutions.

Proven track record in market-facing roles, engaging directly with clients and partners to define requirements and influence product strategy.

Strong technical and data-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to bridge backend system architecture and front-end user experiences.

Success leading cross-functional execution and backlog refinement within agile software development environments.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.

Strong organizational discipline with a history of managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications

Prior experience with airline reservation or travel management technology platforms and retailing trends.
