About the Role
Tamara is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build a net new banking product from scratch for the Saudi Arabia market. The role requires 4+ years of product management experience, fintech expertise, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution.

Responsibilities
- Own the execution, vision & strategy for a net new fintech vertical
- Work with engineers, designers, data scientists, and commercial teams to drive roadmap
- Be technically competent to decide on execution plan and manage dependencies
- Deeply understand KSA Fintech ecosystem, compliance rules & regulations
- Understand operational impacts and work with risk, compliance, treasury, etc.
- Prototype rapidly using tools like Cursor, Claude & Codex
- Contribute to commercial planning & GTM of the product
- Lead a core team of engineers & designers and drive execution
- Contribute to evolution of Tamara’s Product Management practices as AI scales
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience with proven 0→1 product launches
- Experience with early stage product teams or startups
- Strong UX taste and high bar for product quality
- Experience working on complex, multi surface products
- Strong collaborator with engineering, design, data, and operations teams
- Data driven with strong analytical skills
- Ability to think from first principles and navigate ambiguity
- Strong business acumen
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for financial products
- Customer obsessed mindset
- FinTech experience
- Ability to use AI in daily work

- High ambiguity, high complexity; requires comfort in uncharted territory.
- Own end to end product lifecycle of a new fintech product for merchants.
Key Responsibilities
