Role Overview
Lead the connected merchant experience as Tabby's offering expands beyond BNPL into ads, fintech, payments, and other services.
Own the B2B merchant journey from sign-up and first transaction through cross-product adoption, retention, and recovery.
Core Responsibilities
- Own onboarding, activation, time to first value, product adoption, retention, and recovery.
- Create a connected journey across BNPL, ads, business accounts, and other business services.
- Build shared merchant-facing capabilities including dashboards, self-serve flows, permissions, notifications, and lifecycle communications.
- Define platform capabilities, boundaries, and migration paths for product teams.
- Partner with Design and Engineering on B2B foundations, design systems, front-end conventions, and operational tooling.
- Build the cross-sell engine for relevant merchant product discovery and activation.
- Align Product, Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, Risk, Compliance, Support, and Data around a prioritized roadmap.
- Own lifecycle metrics including activation, products per merchant, cross-sell attach rate, self-serve onboarding, retention, and net revenue retention.

- Ability to own the merchant journey from sign-up and first transaction through adoption, retention, and recovery.
