Role Overview
Support the implementation and day-to-day operation of Tabby's Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing framework.
Support compliance with SAMA requirements and internal financial crime policies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct transaction monitoring and review alerts for potentially suspicious or unusual activity.
- Perform KYC and customer due diligence reviews in line with AML/CTF policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct sanctions and watchlist screening and escalate potential matches for further investigation.
- Investigate suspicious transactions and customer activity and document findings and recommendations.
- Support preparation and submission of suspicious transaction or activity reports.
- Monitor accounts and transactions for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other financial crime risks.
- Maintain investigation records, case documentation, and supporting evidence.
- Escalate high-risk or complex cases to the AML Manager or relevant stakeholders.
- Support improvement of AML/CTF controls, processes, and procedures.
- Assist with AML risk assessments, periodic reviews, reporting, and regulatory requests.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
- Support internal audits, SAMA inspections, and other regulatory reviews.
