Seeking a high-caliber Senior Product Manager to join team in Riyadh
Lead product discovery, strategy, and lifecycle management for large-scale digital and mobile services
Ideal candidate fluent in Arabic and English with experience in government, regulated, or enterprise environments
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, value proposition, objectives, and outcome-based roadmap
- Structure ambiguous problems into discovery, formulate hypotheses, and validate opportunities
- Conduct focused local and global benchmarking and turn evidence into actionable recommendations
- Own and refine roadmap and backlog, prioritize initiatives by beneficiary value, strategic alignment, feasibility, cost, risk, compliance, and impact
- Define OKRs, KPIs, and baselines; monitor adoption, journey completion, drop-off, satisfaction, complaints, and service performance
- Align sponsors, business, BAs, UX, data, engineering, operations, legal, cybersecurity, and compliance; facilitate decisions and document trade-offs
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Experience delivering complex digital products in government, regulated, or enterprise environments
- Strong product management skills including discovery, strategy, and lifecycle management
