Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product roadmap for the FDE pod, prioritizing customer problems, pilots, production hardening, and reusable product capabilities
- Work with internal users and technical stakeholders to understand workflows, data sources, constraints, risks, and success criteria
- Translate ambiguous operational needs into clear product direction, requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, priorities, and release plans
- Shape AI enabled workflows involving LLMs, RAG, agents, extraction, classification, summarization, and decision support
- Define quality measures, evaluation requirements, feedback loops, model trade offs, and human in the loop controls
- Use Python, SQL, notebooks, and Figma to explore ideas, test assumptions, clarify requirements, and communicate product concepts
- Partner with FDEs on rollout planning, operational readiness, documentation, monitoring, stakeholder communication, and user adoption
- Incorporate security, privacy, auditability, access control, data handling, on premises deployment, air gapped environments, and constrained networks into product decisions
- Gather field feedback and convert recurring customer needs into reusable product features and implementation patterns
Requirements
- Senior level product management experience with technical, enterprise, data, AI, platform, or applied software products
- Strong technical fluency across AI enabled applications, data workflows, APIs, enterprise integrations, and production deployment constraints
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous operational problems into product requirements, workflows, priorities, acceptance criteria, and release plans
- Hands on prototyping ability using Python, SQL, notebooks, and design tools such as Figma
- Strong understanding of trade offs among user value, speed, security, reliability, maintainability, and adoption
- Experience partnering closely with engineering teams through pilot, production rollout, and product iteration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence leading requirements sessions, roadmap discussions, internal demos, and stakeholder alignment

- We are looking for a Senior Product Manager — Applied AI & eGRC to own the product roadmap for a Forward Deployed Engineering pod.
- This role sits at the intersection of enterprise product management, applied AI, technical prototyping, cybersecurity, and customer delivery.
- You will work closely with users, technical stakeholders, and Forward Deployed Engineers to turn complex operational problems into secure, production ready products and reusable platform capabilities.
- The ideal candidate is technically fluent, comfortable working with ambiguity, and capable of moving from user discovery and prototyping through rollout, adoption, and continuous product improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Preferred Experience
- Applied AI Product Management: Experience with LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, evaluations, feedback loops, prompt and workflow iteration, model trade off analysis, and responsible human in the loop product design.
- eGRC Products: Strong preference for experience with enterprise GRC or eGRC products, including: Risk and control management, Compliance workflows, Evidence collection, Policy management, Audit readiness, Issue remediation, Third party risk, Regulatory reporting, Workflow design for regulated organi
- Enterprise Delivery and Production Systems: Experience with product roadmaps, release planning, pilot to production transitions, enterprise integrations, adoption metrics, documentation, support models, and operational readiness.
- Cybersecurity and Sensitive Environments: Experience with cybersecurity, security operations, IAM, audit logging, data classification, regulated data environments, on premises deployments, air gapped systems, or constrained networks.
