Overview
Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer-facing digital products (web and mobile applications)
Develop differentiating product positioning and messaging across primary customer and market segments
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation and business case development to launch, optimization, and continuous enhancement
Drive the design and implementation of customer-centric experiences that increase customer engagement, loyalty participation, retention, and revenue generation
Define and prioritize product features based on customer insights, analytics, business objectives, and market opportunities
Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories
Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, CRM, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Leverage customer data, loyalty insights, and behavioral analytics to inform product decisions
Own and monitor product KPIs including adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, NPS, and loyalty performance metrics
Lead Agile delivery processes and manage product backlogs, sprint prioritization, and release planning
Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis, and benchmark industry trends and emerging loyalty capabilities
Work with stakeholders across business and technology teams to align product outcomes with strategic objectives
