Role Overview
Senior Product Manager responsible for owning a major product area.
Drive product strategy, prioritization, and execution across multiple engineering teams.
Ensure shipped products and improvements move important business and product metrics.
Compensation
- Indicative compensation range is CAD 140,000 to CAD 220,000, plus benefits.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location.
Location and Employment
- The role is remote.
- The employment type is full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and strategy for a major product area.
- Lead discovery, validation, and definition for new initiatives.
- Partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams from specification through launch.
- Define and own success metrics for the product area.
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product practice.
- Communicate vision and progress to leadership and the broader team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years in product management shipping software at scale.
- Track record of owning meaningful product areas with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with quantitative trade-offs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including PRD craft.
- Experience working with senior engineering and design partners.
- Ability to drive ambiguity to outcomes.
