The company is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a major product area.
The role drives strategy, prioritisation, and execution across multiple engineering teams.

Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is remote with fully remote work and flexible work hours.
- The position involves asynchronous collaboration across time zones.
Compensation
- Compensation is described as competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location.
- The indicative compensation range is $140,000–$220,000 in USD equivalent, plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and strategy for a major product area.
- Lead discovery, validation, and definition for new initiatives.
- Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams from specification through launch.
- Define and own success metrics for the product area.
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the product management practice.
- Communicate product vision and progress to leadership and the broader team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 6 years of product management experience shipping software at scale.
- A track record of owning meaningful product areas with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with quantitative trade-offs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including product requirements document writing.
- Experience working with senior engineering and design partners.
- Ability to drive ambiguous problems toward outcomes.
