About the role
The Senior Product Engineer owns work from ambiguous problem definition through shipped and monitored outcomes.
The role sets patterns for engineering quality, AI-agent conventions, and review standards across the team.
The role is suited to someone comfortable with startup environments, minimal process, and SaaS product development.
Ownership and delivery
- Turn vague problems into validated tickets and own them through design, build, release, and monitoring.
- Own a domain so it remains healthy when attention shifts elsewhere.
- Decompose large changes into small, reviewable pull requests and seek feedback early.
- Review work across services outside the directly owned area.
