About the role
The role is a hands-on Senior Product Engineer and AI-Native Tech Lead responsible for turning business ideas into reliable, production-ready software products.
The engineer will work with founders and business teams to define products, choose architecture, build applications, deploy them, and keep them reliable in production.
The team will build internal business applications, experimental SaaS products, and web and mobile products with an AI-native engineering approach.
Product and architecture
- Understand business requirements and convert loosely defined ideas into technical requirements and product specifications.
- Choose technology stacks and design databases, APIs, authentication systems, and application workflows.
- Identify edge cases, scalability concerns, and technical risks before development.
- Decide what should be custom-built and what can use existing platforms, APIs, or automation tools.
Full-stack development
- Build complete web and mobile applications including frontends, backend APIs, databases, authentication, authorization, role-based access, files, notifications, payments, integrations, and AI functionality.
