AI & Automation Engineer

Automation and Integration

• Work with APIs, webhooks, automation, system integrations, data movement, and workflow design.
• Potential workflows include WhatsApp, webhooks, n8n, databases, AI models, Google Sheets, email, and dashboards.
• Experience with n8n is highly desirable; Zapier, Make, Pipedream, or similar tools are useful.

Programming Skills

• Basic programming knowledge is required in at least one of JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, React, Node.js, SQL, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, JSON, and Git/GitHub is highly desirable.
• Candidates should be able to learn quickly and use documentation and AI tools to solve unfamiliar problems.

AI and LLM Technologies

• Potential technologies include OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, Gemini APIs, OpenRouter, open-source LLMs, structured outputs, function or tool calling, AI agents, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Previous professional experience with these technologies is not mandatory; personal projects and experimentation are highly valued.

Deployment and Developer Tools

• The role involves learning Git, GitHub, Docker, Supabase, Firebase, Vercel, Railway, Render, cloud platforms, basic CI/CD, logging, and monitoring.
• Candidates should be comfortable working with technologies they have not previously used.

Who We Are Looking For

• Fresher or candidate with up to approximately one year of experience.
• Enjoys experimenting with technology, automation, and connecting different systems.
• Uses ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools extensively and has built personal projects outside college or work.
• Can explain how something they built works and is comfortable learning independently in a fast-moving environment.

Compensation and Workplace

• Pay is ₹480,000.00 to ₹600,000.00 per year.
• Work location is hybrid remote in Kolkata, West Bengal.
