SENIOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

Experience in connector design, industrial communication, automotive connectivity, networking products, high-speed interconnects, or cable assembly solutions.

Strong knowledge of DFM, DFA, GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, statistical analysis, and reliability engineering principles.

Experience with APQP, PPAP, DVP&R, DFMEA, risk management, and product qualification processes.

Ability to interpret FEA results and apply engineering analysis to support design decisions.

Experience with Teamcenter, Polarion, or other PLM and engineering lifecycle management systems.

Knowledge of IEC, UL, ISO, and other applicable industry standards.

Experience supporting global customers, suppliers, manufacturing plants, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Prior experience providing technical leadership, coaching, talent development, succession planning, or informal people leadership.

Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement, standardization, engineering productivity, and product quality initiatives.
