- Design end to end user experiences from discovery to final implementation
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity UI designs
- Solve complex UX challenges across delivery, e commerce, and marketplace experiences
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams
- Contribute to and maintain the Ninja Design System
- Design scalable solutions that work across multiple verticals and future products
- Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure consistency and quality across all customer touchpoints
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate product behavior and user journeys
- Work on checkout flows, location management, rewards systems, offers, promotions, tracking experiences, and other core consumer journeys
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or UI/UX Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating real product work
- Expert knowledge of Figma
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- Experience designing mobile first products
- Ability to handle complex user flows and edge cases

Role Overview
- We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join the Consumer Experience team at Ninja.
- You will be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and high quality experiences across multiple consumer products and verticals.
- You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams to solve complex user problems and create seamless customer journeys.
