Mission and Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end mobile design for iOS and Android from strategic discovery through native UI delivery and implementation support.
• Use AI to accelerate research synthesis, concept exploration, prototyping, and validation while applying senior design judgment.
• Create mobile experiences that improve user adoption, retention, and business growth.
• Evolve the mobile design system and raise standards for quality, accessibility, and craft.
• Shape mobile product strategy using research and data, define high-impact design bets, and champion users in product decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience designing complex digital products, ideally SaaS.
• A strong portfolio including shipped native mobile work for iOS and Android.
• Deep expertise in mobile UX/UI, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and platform-specific patterns.
• High proficiency in interactive prototyping.
• Demonstrated fluency using AI tools across research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and validation.
• Expert-level proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering to influence direction without formal authority.
