About the Role

Your Mission

• Own end-to-end mobile design for iOS and Android, including discovery, native UI delivery and implementation support.
• Use AI to accelerate research synthesis, concept exploration, prototyping and validation while applying senior judgment.
• Create mobile experiences that improve adoption, retention and growth for property managers and guests.
• Evolve the mobile design system and raise quality, accessibility and craft across the applications.
• Shape product strategy through research and data, define high-impact design priorities and champion users in product decisions.

Job Requirements

• At least seven years designing complex digital products, ideally SaaS, with a strong portfolio of shipped native mobile work on iOS and Android.
• Deep expertise in mobile UX and UI, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility and platform-specific patterns.
• High proficiency in interactive prototyping and experience using Claude Code as part of a code-based design process.
• Fluency with AI tools across research synthesis, ideation, prototyping and validation.
• Expert-level proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proven collaboration with product and engineering teams to influence direction and drive outcomes without formal authority.
