About the Role
NEXT Ventures is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for CFD and Futures trading platforms used by traders worldwide. The role involves designing trader dashboards, challenge flows, and performance analytics, conducting user research, and building design systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end design for high impact features across CFD and Futures platforms
- Design trader dashboards, challenge flows, payout experiences, and performance analytics
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
- Conduct user research across 43K+ active traders
- Synthesize insights into actionable design improvements
- Use data to inform decisions that drive measurable impact
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across Malaysia, Europe, and other regions
- Build and evolve the design system for web and mobile
- Prototype, test, and iterate at speed
- Mentor junior designers and elevate overall design quality
Requirements
- 5 8+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that proves you can ship beautiful, functional products at scale
- Deep fluency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems
- A track record of working independently and driving projects from 0 to 1 without heavy oversight
- Experience designing for fintech, trading platforms, SaaS, or similarly complex, data rich products
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to articulate design rationale to engineers, PMs, and executives
- A bias for action: prototype fast, test early, and iterate based on feedback and data

What You Bring
- 5 8+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that proves you can ship beautiful, functional products at scale
- Deep fluency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems; you're the person teammates come to for Figma wizardry
- A track record of working independently and driving projects from 0 to 1 without heavy oversight
- Experience designing for fintech, trading platforms, SaaS, or similarly complex, data rich products
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; you can articulate design rationale to engineers, PMs, and executives
- A bias for action: you prototype fast, test early, and iterate based on feedback and data (and actually feel comfortable speaking to users to validate early)
- Bonus: Experience with prop trading, brokerages, web3, crypto, or global first products
