About the Role

- Own sourcing and negotiation for SaaS subscriptions, software licensing, and IT hardware across five offices
- Drive hard negotiations on pricing, SLAs, renewal protection, and payment terms
- Lead end to end sourcing: requirements intake, market mapping, vendor evaluation, RFQ/RFP execution
- Re engineer the approval loop to compress cycle time while maintaining controls
- Build and own procurement policies, SOPs, approval flows, and documentation standards
- Coordinate sourcing across multiple markets, accounting for regional differences
- Run spend analysis to reduce maverick spend, consolidate vendors, and surface savings
- Track and report procurement KPIs: savings, cycle time, compliance, supplier performance
Requirements
- 6+ years of strategic sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations experience
- Hands on experience buying SaaS, software licensing, and IT hardware/devices
- Proven negotiation ability to land below market deals
- End to end ownership mindset
- Strong grasp of procurement governance, policy, and SOPs
- Analytical and data driven with Excel/Google Sheets skills

Your Role in Our Mission
- As Procurement Manager, you will own the procurement function end to end, turning a fragmented process into a fast, disciplined, cost efficient engine across Bangladesh, Malaysia, Dubai, Cyprus, and Sri Lanka.
- Majority of spend is in IT procurement: SaaS, software licensing, and high volume hardware/device purchases.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Own sourcing and negotiation for SaaS subscriptions, software licensing, and IT hardware across 700+ users.
- Lead procurement of IT hardware for all five offices, evaluating local vs. cross border sourcing.
- Drive hard negotiations on pricing, SLAs, renewal protection, and payment terms.
- Lead end to end sourcing: requirements intake, market mapping, vendor evaluation, RFQ/RFP execution.
- Establish supplier performance governance through SLAs, scorecards, and regular business reviews.
- Re engineer the approval loop to compress cycle time while maintaining controls.
- Build and own procurement policies, SOPs, approval flows, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate sourcing across five markets, accounting for regional pricing and negotiation norms.
- Run spend analysis to reduce maverick spend, consolidate vendors, and surface savings.
- Track and report procurement KPIs: savings, cycle time, compliance, supplier performance.

- Stakeholder management skills partnering with Finance, Legal, Tech, and business teams.
- Analytical and data driven with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
