Requirements
- 5+ years of full time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web based products; in house designer experience highly preferred
- Track record of crafting sophisticated flows and customer journeys
- Ability to think and craft at a system level
- Effective articulation of ideas and design solutions
- Tolerance for ambiguity and healthy curiosity
- Translation of quantitative & qualitative insights into design decisions

- The Customer Experience Group (CEG) at Agoda is our dedicated support team, focused on providing assistance and solutions for booking related inquiries.
- As a designer on the CEG team, you'll play a crucial role in driving great UX while meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Product Designer at Agoda means you have a track record of:
- You work alongside your design partners in driving discovery and ideation workshops and align the group around a vision and approach
- You have a track record of crafting sophisticated flows and customer journeys
- You can think and craft at a system level, not just interface elements or pages
- You’ll regularly make use of your soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision making
- You can balance multiple priorities and successfully deliver in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- 5+ years of full time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web based products; in house designer experience highly preferred
