• Shipped B2B/fintech product. 6–10 years in product design with live, complex B2B, SaaS or fintech dashboards you can walk us through.
• Data-density craft. You can make twenty fields legible — you’ve designed dense workflows without clutter.
• Research in your own hands. You run your own user testing and can show how findings changed the design.
• System thinking. You’ve owned or built a design system, not just consumed one.

• You’ve built or owned a system that kept a product coherent as it scaled.
• Speed under constraints
• You balance polish against sprint reality and still ship.
• What gives you an edge
• Fintech, tax or travel product experience.
• Light front-end literacy (you understand what’s cheap vs costly to build).
• Having built a design system from scratch.
• Comfort designing trust into a compliance or financial product.
