Role Overview
As a Business Analyst at Finkraft.ai, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the requirements of our diverse client base and translating them into actionable insights and solutions. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure the seamless integration of data, analytics, and technology to drive exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- - Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements, pain points, and objectives to identify opportunities for enhancing our GST reconciliation SAAS platform.
- - Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather and define clear business requirements.
- - Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, use cases, and process flows to guide product development and enhancements.
- - Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
