Key skills for this role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a client-focused product zone reimagining how medical records are retrieved and delivered. You’ll help create new 0-to-1 products that expand the reach of our retrieval network, build self-service capabilities that give users greater visibility and control, and evolve our core platform to improve usability and unlock new capabilities. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for a designer who pairs strong craft with product thinking. You’ll own the end-to-end design process, work directly with external clients and internal users, and partner closely with Product and Engineering to turn complex healthcare workflows into simple, effective experiences. You’ll thrive here if you are self-directed, curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by measurable customer and business outcomes.
