L’équipe Product Applications Engineering Interconnects de Ciena développe des solutions d’interconnexion pour des modules et composants optiques cohérents.
Le poste combine une expertise d’ingénierie approfondie, des activités pratiques en laboratoire et un engagement direct auprès des clients.
Lieu de travail
- Le poste est exercé sur site au bureau de Ciena à Kanata, en Ontario.
- Un soutien client sur site peut être requis pour dépanner et accélérer les activités d’intégration.
Responsabilités
- Fournir des conseils techniques à la gestion de ligne de produits et soutenir les gains de conception.
- Développer des conceptions de référence matérielles et logicielles ainsi que des suites d’API pour accélérer l’intégration client.
- Animer les séances techniques avec les clients, documenter les problèmes et piloter leur résolution.
- Effectuer des tests en laboratoire avec la R&D pour reproduire et résoudre les problèmes clients.
- Construire et présenter des démonstrations produit ou des cartes d’évaluation lors d’activités clients et d’événements sectoriels.
