Role Overview
Broadridge is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to support product backlog management, Agile delivery, quality assurance, performance monitoring, and product communication.
Backlog Management
- Develop and manage a comprehensive product backlog aligned with product vision and priorities.
- Break complex projects and features into manageable components with clear user stories.
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value, dependencies, and stakeholder needs.
- Maintain a sufficient flow of clear and actionable tasks for development teams.
Product Development
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure they are met during testing.
- Refine user stories and backlog items as needed.
QA and Performance Monitoring
- Work with QA on project testing and document test strategies, test cases, and test results.
- Monitor KPIs and user feedback to evaluate feature success and improvement areas.
- Adjust product strategies using insights from real-time user data.
