Responsibilities
- Manage end to end procurement activities including RFQ, RFP, RFI, evaluation, negotiation, award, and purchase order processing
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement support
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on commercial, technical, and operational requirements
- Lead or support commercial negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, and service levels
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, governance standards, and approval matrix
- Create, review, and monitor purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely execution
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve operational or service related issues
- Coordinate with finance teams on invoicing, payment queries, and supplier account reconciliation
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and support supplier performance monitoring
- Identify cost saving opportunities and support cost optimization initiatives
- Prepare commercial evaluations, comparison sheets, and procurement reports
- Support contract lifecycle activities including drafting coordination, renewals, and amendments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 3 to 4 years of relevant procurement experience
- Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet, warehouse, facilities, or outsourcing categories preferred
- Experience using SAP ERP, SAP Ariba, or other ERP/procurement system is an advantage
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing activities, and supplier management practices

Purpose of the Job
- The Senior Procurement Officer is responsible for managing end to end procurement activities to ensure timely, cost effective, and compliant sourcing of goods and services in line with business requirements and procurement governance standards.
- The role supports both operational and strategic procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier management, tendering, negotiations, and contract administration, while ensuring alignment with company policies and operational needs.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant procurement experience, with scope and complexity increasing based on candidate capability.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet, warehouse, facilities, or outsourcing categories is preferred.
- Experience using SAP ERP, SAP Ariba, or any other ERP/procurement system is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing activities, and supplier management practices.
