- Identify cost saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely material delivery
- Evaluate suppliers and maintain an approved vendor database
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a Construction and/or Interior Fit Out company
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishing materials, and interior fit out products
- Extensive network of suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers within the UAE market
- Proven ability to negotiate and secure the best prices and commercial terms
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
