Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities or property management with high rise
building.
Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, MEP, and building operations
Experience managing staff, subcontractors, and service providers
Strong understanding of quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance
Experience in budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities
Manage overall facility operations, maintenance, and performance
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Monitor contractor performance and service quality
Implement preventive maintenance plans
Manage budgets and control operational costs
Prepare reports on performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency
Ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
